This says it all.

Mr. Williams clearly admits that he knew “double dipping” was wrong. What amazes me is that during these discussions with the three elected officials, Mr. Williams knew he was going to seek the House seat, yet he STILL chose to do the wrong thing.

Just another example of how a career politician thinks.
